Well hallo December 2021, we’ve been expecting you, take a seat.

The festive time calls for traditions; watching Christmas films, seeing the lights being turned on where you live, wrapping presents with a bottle of something nice, sending letters to your nearest and dearest… And here at FF HQ we have our own. It’s our yearly round-up where we do a deep dive into our own data to show what we’ve been up to, and info that we think you’ll find interesting that we’re always happy to share.

It has been a testing time across the industry, and we need no reminder that some areas are still feeling the effects of a slow rebuild. And on the flip side, from our perspective, we can also attest to the strength of film festivals proving their staying power - and with it the hunger to nurture filmmakers, and entertain an audience.
