Phil Dunn took the path less travelled to a career in film, by way of medicine and theology, but he sees film as his way of still putting some good out into the world. His short The Stupid Boy has so-far screened at 15 festivals world-wide to acclaim.  

In this chat FF’s Katie Bignell discovers what inspires him, from Bowie to Scorsese, coffee snobbery, celebrating his daughters’ creative instincts, and feeling seen at his film screenings.
