Cost-effective options for receiving our guidance with a personalised festival strategy taking into account the length, production values, genre, and budget limitations for submission fees - that you can implement yourself.

Our Blueprint Package includes a bespoke strategy that Festival Formula will research and collate for you taking into consideration the strengths and assets of your film.

The “Blueprint” is the best option if you need the guidance but can handle the admin, and can handle deadlines. We create this strategy to a submission fee budget of approx £1000.

Springboard package

We know that sometimes people find out about us when it’s later down the line in their circuit journey. We often hear, “I wish I’d known about you sooner!” As we want to help as many filmmakers on their festival run, no matter when they come to us, we have created the Springboard Package - for those needing a nudge in the right direction for one last stint or a more condensed batch of submissions if budget is really tight. This is a much smaller focused strategy that focuses on festivals happening sooner for more impact on a shorter time frame.

This is only offered as a Strategy option to keep costs down for you, so you will be in charge of your own submitting and deliverables. We create this strategy to a submission fee budget of £500.

Whilst you will be handling the deadlines, festival correspondence, form filling and file transfers yourself, for either of our Strategy focused options, we are here for any guidance along the way. We also keep your film in mind when approached for screening opportunities, and all films are announced on our socials as well as listed on our Slate.

We’re also here to advise on your materials and can help tweak any synopsis or logline to get you best prepared, and put your film out there. Festival Formula offers ongoing professional consultation to all of our clients regardless of which package they opt for. Once you’re part of the family, we’re always here to help.

Our process can begin once we have received a signed contract, first cleared payment, and required film information.
