Esther has always had a strong curiosity in the construction of films, that’s why a BA in Film Production at Canterbury Christ Church University was the obvious path. There, her eyes were opened to the intricate and fascinating world of the filmmaking; working on student projects which developed her practical and theoretical skills. After graduation, Esther used those skills to freelance video promotion services to small businesses, keeping her creative passion alive before joining the team at Festival Formula. When she’s not working, you can find Esther devouring books in her favourite coffee shop or hosting a photoshoot for her cat.
